| FINALLY! an update!
School has ended (a long time ago) and i am working and helping out with my church's youth group. Now for story time 
So... Laura Dingley calls me randomly last night and tells me this
complicated story of a girl who was going to help out with a church
camp and then couldn't. (It really is a long story, so i shall just
leave it simplified for reading purposes  ).
ANYWAY! After Laura says this girl can't go, she asks me if i would like to go.
*grace's thoughts*
"hmmm... go on a random church camp expedition with random kids that i have never met?... WHY NOT!??!"
As
Laura starts to explain everything, i find myself getting excited and
REALLY energized (which was weird because i was running on 4 hours of
sleep).
Well, long story short, God worked it all out. I had
to talk to my boss (scott), had to get someone to work for me (Julie),
and i had to put off seeing my Ukrainian missionary parents (ha! like i
have any other parents) for another week. but... I'M GOING!!!!!!!!!!
So,
after talking to the guy tonight, i finally realized how this is kinda
scary. I mean, i knew it was random and amazing and that it is what i
want to do with my life... but.... i don't know ANYONE!!!!!!
Don't
get me wrong, i am still ECCSTATIC *picture grace's face with eyes
BULGING (boogla eyes!) and crazy psycho looking smile* Yep! that is me!
But... i just wanted to ask all of you guys for prayer. I mean, i want
to help out, get to know the students, encourage and be encouraged. I
want to just let myself be a complete servant on this trip and
stretch... but i need prayer. As all of you know, i have a pretty
intense personality and i don't want to scare anyone away *blushes
at the thought* Pray that i will trust in who Christ has created me to
be and that He will be with me the WHOLE time.
Well... that is it...
Spontaneous? wow... God really created me with a strange spirit

| I promise!!!! it IS coming... life just got crazy all over again  But a promise is a promise and i PROMISE that next week during my spring break, there WILL BE an update and LOTS AND LOTS of replies to past comments so that i can see how you guys are! i miss you crazy kids! |

| I was informed by my boyfriend that Christmas is over, so... i figured to get him off my back, i would write an update! Well, i had a birthday and it was good, but also really sad. My friends ACTUALLY surprised me with a little party in my room (i have some pretty amazing friends here  ), but i just really missed my parents... lame? kind of, but not really. Life has been crazy and hard, but the Lord is faithful. There are times that i want to go back to KCA, but looking back never helps you move forward. I miss Merry and i am tempted to get a myspace  ... i know... Enough with random thoughts! i have to study! I really don't have much to say...  i will write a better update later or something  |
